Mr. Shah has seven years of architectural and urban design experience, and has worked on a variety of projects, including educational master plans, hotel and housing complexes and healthcare facilities. Prior to lending his expertise at URC Creative Developers, Mr. Shah has worked in New York with Beyer Blinder Belle, architects & planners LLP. During this time he directed work on the Indiana University, Bloomington Campus Planning Framework and Indiana and Princeton University. The works included an analysis of the infrastructure, land utilization and open space to develop a plan for future development.
Mr. Shah has also worked on a multiplex-cum-shopping-cum-hotel complex and a housing complex in Jaipur with Ajoy Choudhury and Associates, Delhi. Ar. Gurpreet has widely travelled globally including USA, Canada and Europe.
Mr. Shah is presently also in charge of design and engineering consultancy for several major international and domestic airport terminals across India.
