The project is a Green, LEED certified building. Particular emphasis has been given in designing a built form which minimizes heat gain & maximize daylight. The green semi-open atrium brings landscape inside the building. The east and the west facades have been shed by angular floors. The atrium roof has been fitted with photovoltaic's.
