Group Housing project consisting of 150 - 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments.

The zoning of the blocks have been done in such a manner as to distinguish between the two bedroom and three bedroom flats. The two bedroom units in four storied building have been placed linearly as a continuous wall facing the landscape corridor. The three bedroom flats have the prime location near to the entry point and the parking lots.

The north-east and south-west blocks of the three bedroom flats have been made stilted for a free flow of wind in the predominating wind direction. The inside green landscape portion is all pedestrian and all the flats do have balconies facing the landscape court hence creating a natural ambience among the units. All levels have been framed out as per controls and guidelines of Vidhya Dhar Nagar Regulations. The elevation controls in color scheme, bands, cornices, balusters, balconies have been taken into consideration from the typical Rajasthani architecture.

Double height deep verandah with inter-locking and overlapping terraces have been provided on the north-east and south-west orientation to avoid low deep penetrating sun and reduce heat flow.
