• Hands on experience on BIM/ Auto CAD/Revit.

• Ability to work on fast-paced large scale projects.

• Creating, presenting and implementing design concepts according to a client's needs.

• Interacting with clients, understanding requirements and working out interior solutions for the project

Creative Group is hiring for Personal Assistant with 5-8 yrs. of experience handling the following responsibilities:

• Managing daily operations of MD. • Calendar Management Planning & scheduling meetings & appointments & emails.

• Co-ordinate, manage arrangements for meetings, conferences, etc.

• Attend meetings as required: Draft agenda, take meeting notes, prepare MOM, etc.

• Preparation/editing of reports, presentations, correspondences.

• Handle calls and giving appointments

• Manage travel booking & hotel bookings

• Send e-mails/ Screen emails/ reply to emails

• Organize & Maintain personal/official files & folders systematically

PR OFFICER
 
Hiring for a PR Officer with min 3-7 years of experience. 

The candidate will be responsible to lead and execute the PR, Corporate Communication and Branding activities of the firm.

The following shall be the key job responsibilities of the candidate:

 

Content writing for all corporate communication activities including writing articles for Architect magazines, newspaper articles, web articles, blogs etc.

 

Preparation and dissemination of Press Releases for the media.

 

Media Relations and handling.

 

Organization brand building: Dissemination of information about the company and the latest accomplishments to relevant entities to help brand building and generate business inquiries.

 

Conceptualization, development and regular updating of the marketing collateral including brochures, company website, portfolio, etc.

 

Social Media Strategy: Define and execute the company's social media strategy. Utilize SM for talent acquisition.

 

Event Participation: Liaise with the organizer of prestigious industry events for the participation of the company through keynote addresses & prepare the presentation for company representation.

 

Work with the Business Development team to keep track of news and announcements regarding upcoming investments and projects both in the private and public sectors.
